Like the Roger Corman version of The Fantastic Four, this was apparently made as a stopgap just to retain rights to the name. It’s said to be utter shit, yet it’s getting plenty of space in local video rental stores, probably just on the strength of the words “Quentin Tarrantino Presents” which they managed to put on the cover.
